I just had the most wonderful experience and results at the office of Dr. Schmorr. I had lifelong dental issues corrected with the use of the 6 month braces. I also received the best cleaning of my teeth and explanation of how various tooth related problems evolve. Dr. Schmorr and her staff were very professional, prompt, patient centered, customer focused, consistent, friendly, helpful, tentative and consoling. I feel equipped to make better, educated decisions on my future dental care. The office is creatively decorated, neat and relaxing. I have found the new dental office home I was searching for. I recommend Dr. Schmorr's office 100%! My last dentist and his staff were not client centered or particularly skilled in dentistry. They certainly lacked interpersonal skills, primarily promoted money making services and just did not do a good basic job when they had the opportunity to do so. Their work ethics needed a lot of improvement, especially when the dentist was not around. Customer service was certainly not their forte.

I first went to see Dr. Schmorr about options to straighten my teeth, and she was great at explaining the entire process of the Six Month braces product that they offer. Her staff made me feel comfortable with the idea of having braces at the age of 26, and I went ahead with the 6 month braces. Every follow up appointment went great, Dr. Schmorr is really an artist/dentist when it comes to making sure her patients smile is a work of art, and in what seemed like just a few months my braces were off and I had straight teeth. I continue to see Dr. Schmorr for routine cleanings and other dental needs, and I would recommend her to anyone in the Raleigh Durham area that is considering any form of braces or ways to straighten teeth.

This is an impressive office with what seems to be the most current treatments I've ever seen...I highly recommend Dr. Schmorr. BTW, Toby at the front desk extremely helpful!
